Loud Softness

Albeit urgent and necessary, activism can tend to conjure up quick transactional signing of petitions, loud and physical ways to demand justice outside on the streets. For people who tend to have a quieter tone, street activism can be uncomfortable, stressful, and sometimes terrifying. How can it be possible for introverts with gentle voices to create big change? How can different personality types call for change? "Loud Softness" invites you to the realm where craft marries activism. Through an extensive web archive and woven tapestry, I would like to draw attention to the idea that a creative gentle approach to activism can be world changing - personally and politically.
